ABOUT ME

My love of Health and Fitness began in my early 20s when I joined my local gym. I was fortunate enough to train with a group of professionals who taught me the importance of good technique in the gym.
Before embarking on my personal training journey, I was an adventure guide on the Tully River for 13 years. I loved my time on the river, and in particular loved helping people have the the best time possible to make sure their day was a memorable one.
The establishment of VFIT Training has brought together all my passions - health, fitness and helping people.
